The crucial points are the humidity of the surrounding air, regular tuning and, connected to it, proper regulation of the instrument.
This is why, in all those regions that require heating, we recommend using a humidifier.
The humidifying system maintains at optimum levels, preventing such heat damage as splits in the soundboard or shrinkage of the action parts, prolonging the servicing and tuning intervals, and saving you from unpleasant surprises.
Avoid placing the instrument close to any central heating or working fireplace, in direct sunlight, next to damp or cold outer walls, windows or French windows because of the draught. Be careful with any fluids such as cold or hot drinks etc., and sharp objects such as pens or pencils, paper-clips etc. When cleaning the surface of your instrument, take care not to use any abrasive cloths. For cleaning the keys use only a slightly damp soft cloth (under no circumstances should ethyl alcohol or solvents be used). Should the instrument be delivered during a cold weather spell, we suggest that the instrument be placed in a well-aired room in which the room temperature is then gradually increased.
[Translate to Korean:] For private use, a piano should be tuned once or twice a year.
All pianos drop in pitch slowly over time. Since different length strings stretch in different ways, the piano sounds out of tune. This is something all musically inclined people recognize, not only those with perfect pitch.
In music conservatories and academies instruments need to be tuned every month.
Recording studios and concert halls have their instruments tuned before every major event.

[Translate to Korean:] The technique:
Pedal fully pressed: On key release, the notes are not dampened, as in the classical damper pedal.
Pedal half pressed: All dampers are raised from the strings. Only dampers associated with released keys return to strings of those notes alone. When the Harmonic Pedal is half pressed - all strings associated with un-played notes remain un-dampened, allowing for the first time their "sympathetic" harmonic relationship to played notes to be clearly heard and importantly, precisely controlled.

[Translate to Korean:] All of our grands are available with the 4th pedal.
[Translate to Korean:] The touch remains unchanged, and the position and function of the three other pedals are unaltered. The 4th pedal is placed somewhat further to the right and thus easily recognized.
[Translate to Korean:] Our Real Touch Silencer System offers the ingenious possibility of playing one's upright or grand, by any producer, without making a sound.
A special lever makes it possible to play silently – without the hammer heads striking the strings.
A sound module (just like in digital pianos), integrated into the piano, produces the tone, which can be heard through the headphones.
One can turn one's instrument to silent and still keep the correct touch, thus being able to play into the early morning hours without disturbing the neighbours.
Find more information in the Silencer & Player systems menu.

[Translate to Korean:] Our UK Silencer System keeps the way of playing and the touch unchanged. The grand functions completely normally.
[Translate to Korean:] We are very proud that we have chosen the best production places for our instruments.
Our partner, Hailun Piano, is one of the most modern production plants, not only in China, but in the world.
The production is indeed steadily growing, but this is not cheap mass production. Due to the fact of having modern production plants, we are able to produce precision parts of outstanding quality. The production and end control are constantly supervised by FEURICH technicians, in order to guarantee the high European standards.
The optimal production conditions in Ningbo enable us to offer our products at great value.
[Translate to Korean:] No!
It is of great importance to us that the workers who are involved in the Ningbo piano production are highly qualified, and obtain, partly in Europe, regular training from master piano builders from Europe and all over the world.
Ningbo Hailun recognizes the importance of expert workers and pays far greater wages than usual. Ningbo Hailun also offers workers from remote regions housing possibilities, eating facilites and medical supervision.
This know-how and the contentment of experts workers is essential to FEURICH and indispensable.
The outstanding value of our products stems primarily from the highly automatized production with CNC-Machines. A large part of the piano is produced by machines, which makes for the consistent quality of our production.
The fine regulating and toning is undertaken by our experts in the FEURICH logistics centres. These are placed throughout Europe and the world, in all the important places from which our instruments are distributed.
This is the only way to ensure the high standard of quality within this price bracket.
No materials were ever or will ever be used that have damaging effects or other consequences for our clients' health.
Our products are in keeping with all European regulations. There are no toxic veneers, glues or other substances involved in the production.
It is one of the basic principles of FEURICH to use only traditional, robust but also innovative materials (e.g. aluminium).
We'd rather accept a higher production price, than save on the quality of our raw materials.
Without our high-quality materials, there would be no guarantee for the longevity, the tone, the fine touch of the action or the long-lasting tuning stability, etc.

[Translate to Korean:] We would advise against internet purchases, especially of pianos, since the risk of disappointment is far too great.
Choosing a piano is a very personal matter, and the decision should be made on the basis of many factors, from the tone and the touch all the way to the case.
There are no two acoustic pianos, even of the same make and producer, that sound identical. This is why a piano needs to be tried before buying. Only then will you find your favorite instrument, that you can enjoy all your life.
