All FEURICH instruments come with a 5 years warranty. The lifetime of a FEURICH piano is of course much longer, in general it is a purchase for life.

To cultivate these today not selfevident attributes, we would advise that you have your pianos tuned at least once a year. If you are an activ musician and maybe playing in concert together with other instruments you should have tuned your piano at least twice a year, preferable at the end of the heating season and at the beginning of the heating season. In this periods the instrument suffers most by change of the humidity, which is usually much higher in summer time rather than in winter with central heating.

Please ask only a skilled pianotechnician to take care about your Feurich piano. Please do not follow low budget piano tuners which you will regret later or in the worst case will become expensive for you, if the treatment was not correct. At this point please note that the FEURICH warranty will only be valid, if the piano has been serviced by an authorized FEURICH-dealer.

Next to the frequent tunings, you should ask your technician when the piano needs some regulations or voicings. This might be needed after a few years, depending to the use of the piano.

Regulating means the adjustment of the action and keyboard, in order to have a precise and comfortable touch.

Voicing means the preparation of the hammer head in order to create a tone with many dynamic ranges. The big challange is to create a clear pianissimo - laud is any cheep piano.
